My son introduced me to this wonderful herb. I thank every chance that I get. I'm no longer on High Blood Pressure medication and I get around much much better. My energy level is way up there on the chart. Plus it keeps regular on a daily basis. I've shed a few pounds also. I love way it curbs my appetite. I no longer over eat.

I have been using it for 3 plus months and it is sedating calming of the nerves and of the skin take it with food because it could upset tummy
