Inositol is synthesized by the human body, but is also found in many foods, particularly cereals high in bran, nuts, beans and fruits.

Suggested Use:
Inositol may help treat depression, anxiety, nervous disorders caused by diabetes, and to stop hair loss. Furthermore, given its lipotropic properties, it helps lower cholesterol.

Adults take 1/4 teaspoon (about 845 mg.) daily, mixed with a drink or as directed by your healthcare professional.
