These Iron soft gels didn't make me nauseous or stain my teeth. They also have B vitamins and other vitamins so I was able to stop taking so many seperate vitamins every day. Provided a nice boost of energy and high dose of iron for anyone with anemia. The only negative is the dose is 3 capsules so this is a 20 day supply in most cases. Some days I took 2 gels so they lasted longer.
