    Mullein Lung Complex is a premier mullein and wild cherry bark compound. It combines the demulcent effects of mullein and licorice, the tonifying and soothing characteristics of ophiopogon and platycodon, and the pungent qualities of elecampane, ginger, and cinnamon (cassia).
    Suggested Use 2 tablets twice daily between meals.
    Other Ingredients

    Silicified microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, and colloidal silicon dioxide.

    no colds since started taking jan 2020 and protects lungs from smoke
    Quality
    My mom and I take 2 a day (not 2 twice a day like it says on the bottle because 1 pill 2 times a day is working for us) since Jan 2020 and have not had a single cold or symptom of any respiratory issues since. We know its the supplement because we were taking a different brand before and was getting colds. It also protects me from 2nd hand smoke and my mom with her smoking. She would have a smokers cough if it was not for this supplement. It protects from smoke and colds for us. Review by Mon (Posted on 7/21/2021)
