Though not possessing quite the spectrum of 91 nutrients recommended by the pioneer of nutrition for animals and humans; Dr. J. Wallach; I still feel I benefit from the 80+ spectrum of naturally occurring organic minerals, vitamins, and amino acids. My immune system has been humming for 20 years using formulas like this; and after 20 years of no colds or flus; I just only recently succumbed to a respiratory ailment lasting a few days. But that was only because I had to lapse my intake of nutraceuticals due to a disability which impaired my ability to buy my typical course of nutrients. You have to get your essential fatty acids elsewhere; but that's easy with most Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid products.,yes I would rate "Sea Essentials" number 2 in the world of full spectrum plant based nutritional supplements. With Youngevity products probably number 1; but very expensive for those on a limited budget! Tastes great; reasonably priced; highly absorbable and nutrient dense without the contaminants of most land grown vegetables.

As a student of nutraceuticals, taught for 25 years by Naturopathic doctors schooled in nutrition; I've always tried to be regular with taking a full spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement. A few products have stood out; and this one comes close to most of the 91 essential nutrients needed for human physiology. The best product for having all 91 in one product is the Youngevity product. But that's $50 for a bottle about the same size as Sea Essentials!,yes I like the berry/apple taste and having studied sea vegetables it's nice to know that you can get almost all 60 essential minerals without the burden of toxic fertilizers sprayed on ground crops. Plus, I believe there is a full spectrum of naturally occuring vitamins and amino acids as well! I just buy separate supplements for EFA's and other nutrients catered to my individual needs. I've been using this product for parts of 10 years and am thankful we can still get it and receive such a powerhouse of nutrition for a fair price.

I highly recommend Wellgenix Sea Essentials Vital Nutrients with Coral Calcium Sea Berry for daily use. We are never "Sick" from the yearly flu's and colds most are pledged with and here is what I did...First month I took it twice a day (a shot glass), then after that once a day for maintenance. I did so good and healthy, Hubby began using it as I did...with the same results. All I can tell you is it works for Us, worth trying..report how it works for you.It's been a blessing for us. ,yes ,yesP.S. (we're are in our 60's)
